It would be impossible for one person to keep track of all the great information on the web relating to liberal/left/progressive causes. Luckily, there are a number of hard working, dedicated progressives out there running sites devoted to expressing the liberal point of view. Some, like BushWatch and Buzzflash, scour the web daily to find articles of interest. Others, like Online Journal, DemocraticUnderground and Truthout, provide a home for original content by some of the best liberal/progressive writers from all over the country. Some, like Alternet, Common Dreams, Democrats.com, and MakeThemAccountable, do both. Still others, like Citizens for Tax Justice, Families USA and Public Citizen provide in-depth analysis and research on issues and policies of interest to progressives and liberals

The majority of the information in the database will be found either on these progressive websites, or was originally discovered by those sites. In short, without their work, this site would not - and could not - exist. I'm just the file clerk who organizes the information so that you can find it when you want it.
